We brought the kids to the Singapore Art Museum recently and everyone enjoyed the exhibitions there tremendously. It’s a surprise for me of some sort because I didn’t think the kids would enjoy such profound and arty exhibitions, but they did. For me, it was an especially soulful time and every single exhibit evoked a lot of emotions in me. I love it that the whole place was so quiet and peaceful, and gave me space to ponder and think. Plus, we never know how deep the effects of art can be on our kids. Excursions of this sort are necessary for their growing up, in my opinion.
