Joey, the Celebrity

Ever since I started Joey's blog about a year ago, I've got many friends and strangers coming to me and telling me that they follow Joey's blog. It's really funny. My own friends read and recommend the blog to their other friends who do not know me, Isaiah or Joey, simply because it's a good blog to read to relax and destress. Yeh, the word they use is really 'destress'. (??)

I've got people coming to me calling my name, or calling Joey by her name and I was quite sure I have never met them before. Turned out they got to know us because they have been reading her blog. It's like strangers who knew exactly what Joey did last week. Interesting. =)

The most interesting story I've heard so far is a friend who reads this blog, and because her sister uses the same PC, happened to see this saved website link in the address bar and clicked on it one fine day. Her sister had been following Joey's blog since. Hehe, so you see, Joey is a mini celebrity. To all those who read Joey's blog regularly, whether we've met or not, I wanna say, "THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR SUPPORT!" Hahaha.. but seriously, it's really heartwarming to know that there're people out there who share Joey and my lives. =D

Anyway, I have not been posting up much new entries or photos lately because I was away in Bangkok for my annual holiday last week, and just before I left, I realised that I lost my laptop charger! I forgot to bring it home from Expo after Sat service and when my colleague helped me to look for it the next day, it was not there anymore. But thank God, after all the sweat and worries, I finally found it! Kindhearted Francis found it & kept it for me! Praise God.

In any case, I have been taking photos of Joey with my handphone and emailing them to my yahoo account so that I can save the photos into my laptop. However, seeing the huge handphone bill every month, I decided that this is not the way to go. I am really thinking of buying a new digital camera just so that I can continue to capture Joey's smiles everyday. She is growing up so fast that I am just paranoid that I will miss out certain expressions of hers. Thinking of getting a compact and really handy one which I can bring around everywhere I go. So, before then, I might not be able to blog much. Or, I can just rely on old photos. Hehe..

Alright now! I am going to give Joey her night feed now. Ciaoz~
