A Father’s Day Without The Daughter

It was a super relaxing Father's Day for us this year, cos my MIL offered to babysit Joey so that we can go off to church in the morning and then go off for some pak tor after service. My MIL, really so funny. She first called Isaiah in the morning shortly after we left the house and told him that we can take our own sweet time and go watch a movie and eat a good dinner before going home tonight. Then after service, she sent me an SMS telling us no need to rush home, and can go enjoy ourselves today. She's so cute right?! Thanks to her, we got to have some relaxing time today. :)

Went to Orchard, cos I wanted to buy a pouch or holder for my ipod nano, but turned out they're really super expensive.. at least $40 for a decent one, and I was not willing to pay so much. So, we settled down at Sakae for early dinner.

After dinner, we went to watch the much-talked-about movie about lesbianism, featuring Rainie Yang.

I must say the movie didn't match up to my expectations at all. I thought the director will play up the feelings between the 2 lesbians, but turned out the focus of the movie was not really that. Still, there were some explicit kissing scenes between 2 women, which can be quite gross. I salute them for their courage & professionalism in their acting.

After the movie, we took a bus ride from Orchard to Upper Thomson & we ate supper at The Prata House. I must say the food there is really quite good. :)

Such a satisfying Father's Day and a great day out with my dear dear. =D When we don't have Joey with us, we miss her. But when she is with us, we wish we could leave her at home with my MIL. Haha!

Daddy Isaiah & Baby Joey!

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY, DEAR! =D

Love ya...
