Finally I cooked mee tai mak for Joey today! Heee.. so much talk about it previously but always never manage to find mee tai mak sold in supermarkets. By chance, I found it in Shop 'n' Save yesterday, and so today, there's fish ball mee tai mak soup for Joey!

Must remember to blanch it in a pot of boiling water first to get rid of the oil.
