Auntie Kris’s Birthday Celebration!

Joey was all excited today because we were going to celebrate the birthday of one of her favorite aunties!

Garden Hotel has a Nasi Lemak Buffet for lunch and dinner everyday, and as the hotel will be closed down soon, we decided to try the buffet there. The restaurant looks out to the hotel’s swimming pool. And it was by this pool side that Isaiah and I had our ROM mini party 7 years ago!

The buffet did not have a very wide selection of items, but I thought the food tasted not too bad. The main course- Nasi Lemak, comes wrapped up in banana leaves..

The food selection they have are all the all-time favorites to go with Nasi Lemak..

They also have a separate stall that prepares laksa and rojak..

 

Their dessert section includes cakes, DIY chendol & ice kachang, pastries, green bean soup etc!
