The Rolling Good Times

Yes! The rolling good times have begun for dear baby Jayne!

I mentioned a few entries ago that once babies hit the 6-month mark, everything progresses very fast. These few days, I’ve really observed marked improvements in her motor skills. She can sit wobbly now, with the support of her hands. In a Bumbo chair, she is starting to push herself to get out of it (which is very dangerous by the way, so I can’t leave her in a Bumbo all alone now). On Monday, she started to roll here and there and everywhere, front and back flip, so much so that it’s not even safe to leave her in the centre of my king-sized bed! She can roll all the way to the edge in less than 1 minute!

Looks like I got to set up a play pen for her soon. Then the baby proofing needs to be done once she starts the crawling. Sigh. Kids grow up so mega fast!!

The photos below are in sequence. You can see she’s rolling and turning every second. Can hardly keep still, this babe.

 

 

 

I wonder why everything seemed to fast forward when it comes to Number 2? I don’t remember it happening so fast during Joey’s time!
