I'm finally wrapping up my series on Perth Travel with this final one today! =P On our last day in Perth, we visited King's Park and lingered at Perth City Centre. Love it when it's leisurely, and we don't have a fixed itinerary in mind. And of course, breakfast in the park is always awesome. =D
Chomping on strawberries we bought the day before from Fremantle Market as appetizer!
Love how authentically modern contemporary Australian this restaurant is. Super cosy and comforting for the soul early in the morning.
Hubby ordered this raisin toast set, and it was so yummy! Their fresh breads got my thumbs-up.
But I personally always go for BIG BREAKFASTS. LOL! I love bacon, eggs, sausages and hashbrowns - the full works!
The restaurant also has an alfresco area for the customers to feel the cool breeze and watch the birds.
Beautiful, isn't it? King's Park is such a peaceful and serene place.
The park has beautiful colourful flowers everywhere - they make the whole place so pretty! My mum, who's a flower lover, would go crazy there.
War memorials look so beautiful and peaceful in the park.
Yes, the winds were super strong. Joey's definitely enrolling into Drama Club next year.
Haha, love that smile!
From King's Park, you get a bird's eye view of Perth City Centre, which was gorgeous and again, very peaceful and calm-looking.
We had a nice morning strolling in King's Park. I really like the place.
Our last meal in Perth was at Uncle Vincent's located at Northbridge, as recommended by a friend that we should try their chilli mussels. So glad we did!
On this street, there were several shops selling chilli mussels, and it was our 2nd trip back because it was closed the first time round when we visited.
Hubby decided that we should order the large portion - Check this beauty out. SO YUMMY!
We also ordered pasta to share, and by the end of the meal, we were so FULL. The chilli mussels were very fresh and yummy though, no regrets!!
Some random photos of the trip as I wrap up this last entry on Perth!
Met some really tall chaps who claimed they were toy monsters who escaped from the toy box! All part of Halloween celebrations in Perth. :)
We chased a rainbow for several streets!
We came up alongside the Swan Lake, but it was too cold for us to stay longer. It even hailed!
The place was beautiful though.
That's all I have on Perth, folks! Thanks for reading! :)
