I love carnivals where there are performances, good food and huge spaces for my kids to run wild. It’s a pity we have very few of such events in Singapore, but when there is one, I make sure we go for it. Good news if you are just like me! A really fun carnival for families is happening during the June school holidays at Gardens by the Bay on Sat, 20 June 2015, 10am – 9pm. That’s a whole day of activities, performances, games, food, movies and lots of fun!
ACTIVITIES
Expects lots of entertainment for both adults and kids. Check out what they have in store that day – Click to find out the details. :) For outdoor plays, there are stations for nerf gun missions, Transformers, Ninja quest, family dashes, beer dash for adults and kid races! At the Imaginarium, kids can indulge in arty parties, mosaic workshops, play dough and soap clay making, speech and drama activities etc. As if that’s not fun enough, there are water play area, a canon that fires up FREE gummies every hour (say what??!), giant foam blocks for building fun and bubbles parties!

What’s a carnival without great food, right? You’ll be pleased to know that Pasarbella will be setting up their marketplace at Aviva Superfundae, so you can have a really relaxing picnic with yummy food - Make sure you go on an empty stomach!
BAND PERFORMANCES & MOVIE
After a whole day of play, your kids (and you of course!) should be exhausted, but don’t be in a hurry to leave! Stay on for the evening, lay down your picnic mat and relax with a nice cold craft beer, and be charmed by famous bands – 53A and PennyLane. There after, the kids would be thrilled to watch Mr. Peabody and Sherman on the giant outdoor screen. How else to end a brilliant day out?
