Fish & Co has outdone themselves AGAIN!
If you remember, my family visited Fish & Co a couple of months back and had a really awesome time enjoying their dishes. In fact,we had such a great time that the kids have been bugging me to bring them back again. So when we received an invite from Fish & Co to try out their festive Christmas platter, we hopped down right away! Truth be told – It was their best platter creation to-date. You’ve really got to try it to know it.
This time round, we visited the outlet at Bugis+ and I really love the décor of the restaurant! The lightings were perfect and it felt super cosy to be dining in that space. Perfect for family meals, I say!
Presenting our favorite dish of the night – CHRISTMAS PLATTER FOR TWO! The platter costs $59.90, and it is served with 2 special festive drinks – You can opt between Floral Berry, Jazz-Me-Up or Blue Dream! Ask the friendly staff at Fish & Co if you want recommendations!
Obviously, this is an adaptation of their signature Seafood Platter for Two, but they used a different sauce and the portion was bigger than a standard seafood platter. The rice was served separately as the dish was already fully packed with the freshest seafood. It was so yummy, we slurped up all the sauces!
We were also served the Shrimp & Scallop Aglio Olio, and it was yet another dish that was delightful and done to perfecto al dente! It was seriously good.
The third dish we had was the Fish & Chips with Ebiko. It added a unique flavor to the fish & was so delicious! My kids absolutely loved it.
Christmas is all about feasting and spending time with your loved ones, and that was what we did that evening. We felt recharged in our tummies and in our souls! =D
