I can’t believe it’s been 5 whole years! I still remember stepping into Legoland Malaysia for the very first time with my kids and everyone was so super excited, and it’s five years ALREADY?! I especially love the Legoland Waterpark simply because it is so much fun! I may not be the adventurous type, but there were several rides that I totally enjoyed, as well as floating leisurely along the lazy river!
The kids always talk about going back to Legoland after every visit – I guess the place has its many draw factors that leaves wonderful memories for families at every visit, so people want to go back again and again. We finally made a trip back, this time round with some friends who have never been to Legoland or the Waterpark before, and we had such a wonderful time!
Right after the Legoland entrance, you’ll see the stage all decked out in celebration mode. We bumped into one of the mascots when we arrived, and the kids snugged a photo with him!
In celebration of the anniversary, LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort put together an ‘upsized’ calendar of activities and special prizes for its visitors every day, including winning LEGO® sets, annual passes, VIP expeditions, LEGO® Minifigures and even a chance to go on a family holiday to LEGOLAND® Japan Resort. Check out the giant birthday cake made out of lego bricks! =D
Since our last visit, Legoland has included several additions, and we took the opportunity to check out the LEGO Star Wars Miniland, which had the most amazing Star Wars Lego creations. If you are a Star Wars fan, this is an attraction you must check out!
Too bad we didn’t manage to check out the latest 4D interactive attraction NINJAGO™ The Ride, but I believe we will be back soon to check that out, and hopefully stay in their new NINJAGO themed rooms!
Another favorite attraction within Legoland for me is the Miniland, full of famous landmarks all over the world! Love the intrinsic details of every model!
We spent more time at the waterpark, but sadly, the Lazy River was closed for maintenance that day. Nevertheless, we still enjoyed ourselves! The weather that day was perfect!
Thank you Legoland for bringing 5 years of happy times to so many families, and may you continue to improve and build even more fun elements into your park! Happy birthday! Looking forward to our next visit back! =D
