In one week, we ate twice at Sakae. Thought I would get sick of the food, but turned out I enjoyed the 2nd meal better cos somehow the food tasted better & tastier. Maybe the chefs at Wheelock Place is more skilled than the one at Suntec. Or maybe it's the great company :)
The Sakae dinner is also a farewell dinner with Ivan before he leaves for UK for his studies on Sunday. Sakae Wheelock has a small private section created after its renovation, and we go to sit in a nice secluded area, with raised platforms & sunken floors for putting our legs. the modern Japanese dining style. :)
Joey is pretty happy in her chair, though she can't eat our food. =)

Christopher's hotpot was in the limelight. I watched as he puts in thin slices of fresh beef into his hotpot. wah.. Looks nice wor!
