Mee Tai Mak

Recently we have been feeding Joey lots of mee tai mak.. and she loves to eat it, especially if it's with fishball soup or minced meat soup.

This morning, we also had mee tai mak with minced meat soup at the foodcourt at Suntec and the moment she tasted the first mouth, she went, "Mmmmm.. Nice! Good Good Good!" Hahaha.. 3 'goods' leh! She must really like it alot... kekeke...

(By the way, this photo was purposefully posed cos I thought of talking photo only after we are almost finished with our mee tai mak and so I told her, "please pretend to eat your mee tai mak so that I can take photo and show papa..." and she did exactly this.. hahaha)

My MIL gave me a great idea this morning! She said when Isaiah and David were still small, she would always cook mee tai mak dry with minced chicken or beef, and they love it! And so, I will attempt to cook that one of these days for Joey!

Very simple it seems... Just need to stir fry the minced meat with dark soya sauce and some veggies or spring onions and then pour it over boiled mee tai mak. I can even pack the mee tai mak and the sauce separately for Joey to bring to the office nursery to eat so that it's not soggy. Sounds really not bad..=D
