Mummy Kless Went For A Makeover!- Part I

I was thrilled when NanzInc invited me to go for a makeover session at Ooosh! Hair Salon. I was badly in need of a good haircut!!!!!

So you can imagine how excited I was when the day of the makeover arrived. Ooosh! is one of the luxuriest hair salons I’ve been to, and I love how the whole place is decorated – Glamorous, yet comfortable. =) Let me bring you around the place first before the makeover session starts!

The lace curtained area is the place for pedi/mani. It’s a sideline service provided by them, for customers who would like to go for full grooming.

A cosy waiting area for guests.

Chandeliers!

I especially like their hair wash area – The chairs are automated and move to the desired height and position at the press of a button!

I was served a special Ooosh! drink upon arrival. It was super refreshing and I was told it was a special concoction of pineapple juice & ginger ale! Very nice indeed!

   That’s the ORIGINAL ME!

This is Leslie, the hairstylist who worked on my hair. He is a very experienced stylist with 26 years under his belt. I learnt so much from him about hair, in the short  20-minute chat with him! I love how easy-going he is, and it was really comfortable chatting with him. =)

Leslie said that my face is small and shape very sharp, so he suggested that I should go for a short bob cut instead of leaving my hair long. Long hair makes my face look tired and it doesn’t complement my face shape. A short bob will make me look more refreshed immediately. So, I went for it!

In a jiffy, the hair cut was almost done! Leslie shared with me many tips on maintaining the shape of my haircut, and how I can blow it into shape and keep it nice and moisturized. He is really good at his job. =)

However, I’m not going to show you what the final look is like until my episode’s out on NanzInc! =) Stay tuned! In the meantime, you can click on the banner on top and check out NanzInc for yourself! =D Have fun reading all their very interesting and enriching articles!
