The J Babies: A Water Birthday Party!

Brought Joey to Pastor Zhuang & Pastor Audrey’s kids - Kymberly & Tyler’s birthday party on Sunday, and she had loads of fun!

The party was held at a condominium and the kids’ pool was fun!!!

We reached slightly earlier to help with the party decor, and Joey went swimming the moment we reached there! Thank God there was a friend who reached at the same time, and she had a companion in the pool!

This is Janelle, Pastor Ming’s daughter. They played so well together even though it was the first time they met! =)

And guess what??

It was that day Joey overcame her phobia of splashing & shooting water!!!! =D She had so much fun being splashed by the water and I was so happy for her that she could finally have some decent fun in water playgrounds!

Here comes the cute cute birthday boy, Tyler!!!

Right next to the kids’ pool was the playground and Joey had fun playing with the different Uncles & Aunties. =)

Then came games time led by Auntie Joyce!

There were more than twenty kids and everyone was listening to the instructions. They had to go hunt around for coloured pieces of papers that could win them prizes! They almost couldn’t wait for the instructions to finish and wanted to rush off in different directions!

The kids had a WILD time. They ran everywhere, looked high & low, and even climbed!

Then when they found the coloured papers, they went to claim their prizes!

This is Ting’s son, Tristan’s prize – Chocolate rolls!

And Joey got several prizes!!!!

And we just had to give the birthday girl, Kym, a special prize! She got a big lollipop! =D

The kids had a great time!

Then the birthday girl gave out party favours to the kids… Halloween hats & bags!!!! So cute! =)

Joey chose an orange bag, which she would bring along for her Trick or Treat!

The highlight of the party though was the next segment – They had a water shooting game! Girls vs Boys!

The kids all standby at the poolside with their water guns!

They had to compete to see which team shoots enough water to tear a stack of newspapers!

Joey was all excited to shoot!

See her filling up her gun and shooting!!!

The girls’ team was very strong!!!

And yes, just like the rest of the kids, they got all wet fully-dressed!!!!! It was too much fun and the parents couldn’t stop any of them!!!

But how to stop her when she was having so much fun??!

After a prolonged water fight (yes of course, in the end everybody was shooting at everybody else and the adults had to scamper and dart to avoid getting wet!), the cake-cutting finally happened. Check out the lovely cakes!!!
