If you are looking for a place to sweat it out, learn about the Nature and let your kids run wild, the Hort Park has got to be the best choice.
Over the weekend, we brought the girls there to busk in the sun. During the weekdays, my girls are always trapped at home, so during the weekends, it’s a good idea to bring them outdoors to just enjoy the sun and exhaust their energy. I like the Hort Park because it’s big, has many playgrounds and provides for learning opportunities as well.
Before you enter the Hort Park, there is a big pond of fishes. I think it’s a fantastic landscaping idea. It instantly made me feel cooler already, under the scorching hot sun. Plus, Baby Jayne has this uncanny eye that can see the Nemo swimming in the pond. The rest of us couldn’t see it though.
“Mummy, it’s Nemo!!!!”
It was a little nerve wreaking, seeing how Jayne navigated along those concrete pathways with slits in between. Especially in those clumsy rain boots of hers. But she did pretty well.
This whole seating area at the entrance of Hort Park is just awesome. It must be a great place to chill at night with friends! I’d love to have those outdoor furnitures in my future home! Haha!
Love the Hort Park for its beautiful architecture and landscaping.
And of course, definitely love the big green field! Makes one have the urge to sprint off!
The girls would navigate the slopes, stairs and every contour of the landscape, having lots of fun. Really admire their energy level!
My fun was derived more from observing Jayne from the back. It was funny and entertaining, her different poses and walking styles.
As usual, she picks up stuffs from the floor to show me..
Haha look at Robot Jayne! kekekekeke..
And one-legged Jayne! So interesting that you could possibly tell she has a smile on her face even though we’re looking at her back view?! =D
The way she walks confidently, exploring everything on her left and right, is very cute indeed. :)
