Never (NEVER) underestimate kids - They are so multi-talented and incredibly creative nowadays.
On New Year's Eve, when the old people (me & my friends) were just relaxing and doing nothing much at a friend's house, the young people (Joey, Jayne & Justin) did a rock band concert for us. It was so good that we couldn't stop taking photos of our rock band idols. They were cool, talented (all could play all 3 instruments and all were lead singers at different points in time) and very entertaining. It was the best countdown party we could ever ask for. Way better than the one showing on Channel 8 at that time, if you ask me.
The most amazing part had to be the one when all three were singing DIFFERENT songs at DIFFERENT tempo, DIFFERENT pitch and yet, there was great harmony and resonance. It was nothing short of wonderful, seriously.
The suave, handsome & confident lead guitarist + lead singer, Justin Tay. [Ahem, excuse the Ikea toilet stool]
The rocker, charming & cheerful drummer, Jayne Kuan.
And the committed, focused & talented one-finger keyboardist, Joey Kuan.
We had the best countdown party ever.
Thanks, kids.
