Mother’s Day Special: Mango Loaf Cake

Review

If I have to choose a fruity flavor for cakes, I’d choose mango anytime. It’s sweet and slightly sour taste is perfect in cakes, and this Mother’s Day, Eatzi Gourmet Bakery (under JP Pepperdine, or Jack’s Place for those who are more familiar) has introduced 3 cakes for you to choose from! We tasted the Mango Loaf cake and LOVED IT!

I like the cake the moment I saw it. It’s named a loaf cake for a reason, obviously. The rectangular cake is lined by bread fingers all round and wrapped with a pretty ribbon. And can you just look at that abundance of mango cubes on top?!

Everyday should be sweet just like Mother’s Day. :) This Mango loaf is just the way I like my cakes to be – Moist sponge cake with abundance of sweet fruits – Absolutely a tummy-pleaser, and both kids and adults would enjoy it very much. Mango Loaf is available in 1.3kg (serves 10-12 pax) and retails at $52.70.
