Needless to say, my girls absolutely adore anything related to My Little Pony, and I have to say the same even for myself – They are so colorful, vibrant and always full of energy. Now, there’s more we can indulge in – My Little Pony Musical is coming to Singapore!!!
This 90-minute music and dance extravaganza follows Twilight Sparkle’s exhilarating journey to defeat the forces of evil, with help from her human friends, the girls of Canterlot High School. Along the way, Twilight Sparkle learns that friendship really is magic! For the first time ever on stage, Singapore audience will see Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Applejack and Rarity vividly come to life! Be prepared for a multi-sensorial treat as the musical promises to bring lots of catchy songs, dancing and laughter to the audiences!
What really captivates me in every musical is the singing, and I am really looking forward to that bit in My Little Pony Musical! Don’t be misled into thinking that this is merely a kids’ performance and thus lower your expectation about the voice quality. On the contrary, there is much to look forward to. With an international cast of 24, including the immensely talented Chloe MacGregor as Twilight Sparkle, the musical showcases a spanking new script by illustrious London’s West End Actor/Playwright Hugh Osborne, and dazzling direction and choreography from the award-winning Jamie Neale. I am looking forward to a highly entertaining show that both the kids and I will love!
