It’s like a dream come true when you’ve been stalking this cafe on social media and seeing so many awesome photos of everyone else’s experience at that cafe, and you finally step into it. Even with such high expectations, Karmakamet Diner was amazing in every way!
The entrance was rather elusive, I must say, because after the road sign pointed us in to the small lane, there were no further signages in sight until a security guard pointed us the right way. Love this lush greenery at the entrance to the restaurant.
Although you’ll be instantly mesmerized by the fragrant aroma in the air the moment you step in, be sure to lift up your head and look at this beautiful floral display from the ceiling.
This place is famous for its aromatherapy oils and fragrances as well and my travel companions were so happy with their purchases. Everything smelt so heavenly!
The restaurant itself was of course beautiful – Love all the decor and furnishing.. I want to live here! It’s beautiful and smells so good all the time. Therapeutic experience, definitely.
We found a space for our group of 12 in the outdoor seating area – This place is beautiful and makes me really happy with all the greeneries!
Super love the table setting as well! Instagrammable, for sure.
Gunny sack cushions FTW! I want to bring them home with me!
I’ve read many online reviews that food is expensive and not nice at Karmakarmet Diner, but it was not the case for us. It was expensive indeed, but every dish that we ordered was yummy! Coffee was good too!
Homemade Granola was refreshing and very satisfying!
Eggs Benedict did not disappoint as well. The bread (according to my friends) was delicious as well.
The spicy sausage pasta was delicious and savoury, though a little small in portion.
Lobster Mac & Cheese was super yummy with huge chunks of lobster meat and possibly the best Mac & Cheese I’ve ever had, but this was very expensive so please check price before ordering!
The highlight of the meal was this Strawberry In The Clouds – strawberry shortcake and mango parfait that comes with cotton candy! We had to rush to take all the photos before the cotton candy started to melt! =P This was of course not cheap because it’s their signature dessert, but it was instagram-worthy for sure.
