Joey learnt something new which made me want to laugh and fume all at the same time. It's pretty funny when I think about it actually and if you were on site, you will probably laugh at her. And at me, of course.
You know how we always blow at her porridge or rice cereals because it's quite hot? We got to blow at it so that it will be cooler for her to eat and swallow. She has been watching us so often that she finally learnt how to do it. So this morning when we were feeding her cereals, every spoonful that we bring to her mouth, she will blow at it! And you've guessed it! The cereals FLY EVERYWHERE. And of course to mama's face as well.
Only after blowing at it several times, she'd be willing to let the spoon go into her mouth and she will eat happily. What a very weird girl I have!
I got to tell her... 'Joey, mama blow for you, you don't have to blow, ok?' blow blow .... ''Joey, just open your mouth and eat, ok... no blow...' blow blow
So you see, my girl is a very independent girl who is super helpful as well. She can blow cool her own food before sending it into her mouth so that she doesn't get scalded by the heat.
Should I laugh or fume, you say? sigh...
