Pizza Delivery Singapore (Review)

My family loves handcrafted pizzas, especially thin-crusted ones, so when we were recommended by Best in Singapore to review the pizza delivery services from Pizza Delivery Singapore, we were more than happy to do so! With the current Covid-19 situation, it's still best to stay home as much as possible, isn't it? Enjoying our favorite food in the comfort of our homes is one of the most delightful things this season.

To my pleasant surprise as I was browsing through their website, I found delicious-looking pasta and side dishes offerings as well! It was frankly hard to decide because everything looked good, but in the end, we ordered a good assortment of Italian handcrafted pizzas, pastas as well as different side dishes to try! It was an Italian feast we were looking forward to!

Our food arrived within the time frame that we requested for, and everything was still relatively hot. I think they did a good job with the packing and delivery, and we couldn't wait to dig in. The kids especially were excited because they are big fans of pizzas and pastas! I was also expecting to hear their most honest feedback about the food quality because they've tried many other restaurants before.

The pizzas come in different sizes and I chose the large one for Hawaiian Pizza since it's a family favorite. Their Hawaiian Pizza looks more colorful than the usual ones we've tried because they added capsicums and onions as well. My kids felt that the capsicums upped the overall flavor of the pizza and they liked it very much! I think it looks appealing visually as well - definitely whet my appetite when I saw it!

We also ordered the Bolognaise Pizza, Beef Salami Pizza and Seafood Pizza to try a variety of their handcrafted pizzas and they all tasted pretty good. My mother-in-law who usually has a small appetite ate 3 slices of the Beef Salami Pizza - It must be really good!

I personally like the thin & crispy crusts, and the flavors are much to my liking as well. Pizzas are definitely their strength.

We also ordered different pastas to try, and the kids finished up the Carbonara all by themselves! (It's their go-to pasta) In their own words, it was 'SO GOOD.' I guess that says it all.

The portion's pretty huge and I would think it could feed two small eaters. I personally liked the Seafood Aglio Olio and Seafood Marinara. Both came with generous servings of seafood such as scallop, prawns, baby crayfish, mussels and squids! I think it's good value-for-money!

The Seafood Marinara especially was flavorful and very appetizing because of the sauce.

Now, the side dishes were nice surprises because they all generally tasted good! The kids love the Mozzarella Cheese sticks!

There are 5 different sides to order - Chicken wings, breaded prawns, mozzarella cheese sticks, fish fingers and beef balls. I personally liked the chicken wings most!

If you are already raring to go place your orders, you'll be happy to know that they are now offering a special promotion of "Buy 1 Free 1"!

The next best thing is that they have extended their delivery hours for the weekends to satisfy our late-night hunger pangs! For Fridays, last delivery slot is for 11.45pm - 12.45am and for Sat/Sun, the last slot is at 1.15am - 2.15am! How awesome is that?! Check them out right now, won't you? :)

Sunway Lost World of Tambun (Part 3)

Media Invite

If you are worried that there is nothing to do in Sunway Lost World of Tambun when night falls, you are very wrong! In fact, I enjoyed the theme park a lot more when it got dark – There were attractions open only at night too!

Luminous Forest

This was a pretty interested enchanted forest concept where you get to walk through a trail and see rocks, trees and all kinds of statues all lit up in luminous colours! It’s only open when it’s dark enough, obviously so make sure you don’t leave too early when you visit LWOT.

On our way to the next attraction, we saw the teahouse in a cave that looked very interesting all lit up too!

Hot Springs Night Park

I don’t know another country nearby to Singapore that has a hot springs park like Sunway LWOT. There were many different pools with different temperatures, including one with icy cold water for you to dip yourself in when it gets too hot and hard-to-breathe. Soaking in hot springs is good for blood circulation, but those with heart problems should take note and exercise caution not to dip for too long. Hot springs is always a good idea at night – Super duper shiok! If I have to pick what I like best about Sunway LWOT, it is definitely the Hot Springs Night Park! (Do note that the night park is separately tickets from the day park)

Personally, I was glad we opted to stay within the theme park instead of the hotel outside of the theme park because it was such a nice feeling walking in the park before and after opening hours when there was no one, and we felt like we had the whole Lost World of Tambun to ourselves! It was certainly a holiday we would remember for a long, long time. =) Thank you https://sunwaylostworldoftambun.com/ for the wonderful experience! Can’t wait to be back again soon.

This wraps up my three-part series on Sunway Lost World of Tambun. If you would like to go back and read the earlier parts, here are the links:

Sunway Lost World of Tambun (Part 2)

Media Invite

We had a superb time at Sunway Lost World of Tambun’s mini zoo – Love how interactive it was with feeding opportunities available at many areas and petting areas for fun and cute animals. Kids would really love it here! Even adults would enjoy playing with the animals – I sure did!

So cute when they reached out their little hands to receive the treats from us! They were totally not scared of humans, and were very playful too.

We managed to catch a Tiger Show at midday, and it was entertaining as well!

The Giraffe & Friends enclosure was really fun! We’ve never had the opportunity to feed giraffes, zebras and camels in Singapore, so this was novelty! We had to go to the higher level platform in order to feed the giraffes – So much fun!

The place that Joey went back over and over again was the Catopia because she loves cats! This enclosure allows you to get up, close and personal with really beautiful cats (even rare breeds!) and pat them.

Right next to our Glamping site was the Hippo Kingdom where we observed hippopotamus underwater as well as hyenas, crocodiles and flamingos!

I promised you there would be a galore of animals, didn’t I? We spent 2D1N in Sunway LWOT and visited the animals on both days! Too cute to resist! =D If you have not read Part 1 of this series, please go on to this link. 3rd and final post coming up soon! =D
